Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Personal care, health, or hygiene products, as well as perishable items (if applicable), are not eligible for return once opened or used

Items marked as final sale are non-refundable
All returns must be approved before being sent back. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your package.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5β10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
