We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Perishable or personal-care items (if any) may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us before returning your order.
